PL NOTE MOONG DAL IS AN EXCELLENT SOURCE OF PROTEIN, GOOD FOR DIABETICS SINCE IT HAS LOW GLYCEMIC INDEX BUT EATING ANYTHING LIKE FRIED MOONG DAL OR MAKING PAKORAS OUT OF THEM WILL SPIKE YOUR SUGAR LEVELS.THEREFORE DAAL IS A BETTER OPTION THAN ANYTHING CONSUMED AS FRIED.
